Alfredo and tomato sauce make a tasty blend in this lasagna. It is super easy and always turns out perfect...never runny or soupy. Thanks again, mom!

Ingredients:
6 lasagna noodles (I use Bertolli ready bake)
1 jar alfredo sauce
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz ricotta cheese
1 lb hamburger
2 cups mozzarella (divided)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (plus some for topping)

Heat oven to 350*. Thinly cover the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish with spaghetti sauce. Cook and drain hamburger meat then add enough spaghetti sauce to the meat to equal about half the jar gone. Mix. In a small bowl, combine ricotta with 1 1/2 cup mozzarella and parmesan. Layer in baking dish: 2 noodles, cheese mixture, 1/2 jar alfredo, 2 noodles, hamburger mixture, 2 noodles, the rest of the alfredo. Bake for 40 minutes. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake 10-15 minutes more.
